If you ordered for delivery, our team can tell you roughly how far out the driver is. If you booked a pickup, we can confirm your scheduled window. Please avoid posting your delivery address in any non-encrypted channel, including email or social media DMs, for your own privacy.
Our products and services are restricted to individuals 19 years of age or older, in line with Ontario law, and we are not able to create an account, take an order or discuss product details with anyone under this age. We take quality seriously, every batch is lab tested, and we will make it right quickly, whether that means a replacement, a store credit, or another resolution that works for you. Yes, we work with a limited number of trusted partners on wholesale and bulk arrangements. Please note all wholesale relationships still require full age and identity verification before any product changes hands.
